請線上報名後，列印出報名表由指導教授親簽並繳交至系辦，11/14前將指導教授簽名後的報名表紙本送交系辦，才算完成報名手續

每組專題書面報告及海報檔案PDF電子檔上傳(格式請見此網頁下方之附件)：

1. 個人書面報告檔案(pdf)命名方式：111專題書面報告_專題題目_小組隊長姓名
2. 海報電子檔(ppt及pdf皆要上傳)命名方式：111專題競賽_專題題目_小組隊長姓名
   （海報因委託廠商列印，故逾時繳交者請自行依照格式列印）
3. 專題成果報告當天請每組同學自行攜帶使用之簡報檔案，載入會場之筆記型電腦後，進行口頭報告
4. 重要說明：每組專題學生之成果報告解說評分佔專題總成績50%，指導教授給予之分數佔總成績50%。
5. 本學期修讀”系統整合與實作二”之學生皆需參與專題成果報告
6. 依規定所有報告及海報內容皆不得揭示指導教授姓名，違者將酌情扣分。

2. Soft copy of the project presentation poster (ppt and pdf)naming: 111專題競賽_project topic_team leader’s name
   (The poster needs print it by yourself according to the format, if you late for deadline.)
3. Please prepare your slides for the oral presentation, the slides are not necessary to upload.
4. Attention: The grade of this presentation is 50% of grade of System Integration implementation, and the grade from advisor’s is another 50%.
5. .The students who take “System Integration implementation II” are demanded to participate in this presentation.
