博士班參加學術演講規定

 1. 本系博士生每學期至少須參加10場由本系舉辦之演講(包含本系博士生之資格考研究能力考核口試、論文研究計畫口試及畢業口試)。

Every semester, all PhD students in the department must attend at least ten research talks hosted by the department. These talks may include qualifying examinations, dissertation proposal exams, and PhD defenses.

2. 每學期結束時，由各博士生列出該學期參加過之演講紀錄給指導教授核閱後，再繳回系辦公室歸檔。

At the end of every semester, a PhD student should list out all the talks attended in the semester and hand it to his/her supervisor, then give the form to CS office.

3. 演講紀錄表繳交期限：每學期期末考週的最後一天。

4. 對未符規定之博士生，其指導教授得反應在對該生的研究態度評語上。

If a PhD student does not follow the regulation, his/her dissertation supervisor could report the student’s attitude issue.

5. 本紀錄列入論文研究計畫口試及畢業口試之審查資料。

This sheet will be included into the review data for the oral defense of doctoral research proposal and the doctoral oral defense. 

補充說明

1. 演講紀錄列入論文研究計畫口試及畢業口試之審查資料。 

2. 不論是資應所、通訊所、電機系所、電通中心或後卓越計畫的演講；

　地點不論是校內或校外，凡本系所專任或合聘教師邀請或主辦之演講或研討會均可算進本系博士班學生聽演講的次數內。 

3. 研討會的演講次數以一個session算一場。 

4. 聽演講時請記得填「國立清華大學資訊工程學系博士班學生參加演講紀錄表」，並請每一場演講的主持教授簽認，

　學期末時請指導教授簽名後依系辦公告規定的期限繳回系辦，未依期限繳回者聽演講的次數視為 0 次，系辦會將次數通知指導教授。
