We are looking for Masters or Ph.D students in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field to join us! Microsoft AI R&D center Taiwan have multiple hands on AI projects in various research areas including computer vision, image processing, natural language processing, face recognition, optical character recognition, generative adversarial models, and more.

Program Timeline:

• Dec 31^st : Application deadline.

Basic Qualifications

• Student currently pursuing Masters or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• 3+ years of programming experience with C++/Java/C#/Python or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Speech Recognition, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Quickly ramp up and understand the scope and challenges of developing robust computer vision applications that can be used in practice
• Design, implement and integrate proof of concepts for  developing computer vision systems
• Prototype different ideas for computer vision R&D to generate high quality results
• Research new ideas in computer vision, find insights to support business decisions.
• Work closely with researchers to gather and iterate on feedback and requirements
• Apply machine learning techniques to solve challenging computer vision problems
