簡 介:

Dr. Chia-Chi Teng is an Associate Professor of Information Technology and Cybersecurity at Brigham Young University Provo Utah USA. Before joining academia, he was a senior software developer and manager at Microsoft for 17 years developing Windows operating systems and applications. Dr. Teng is current a Senior Fulbright Scholar and visiting faculty at National Tsing Hua University.
