Abstract:

Reinforcement Learning has been shown to be a promising alternative to supervised learning in framing machine learning problems. In particular, when combined with deep learning, reinforcement learning has shown to be effective in cases where labeling is difficult and generalization is hard. In this talk, we highlight these advantages using examples from both NLP and Robotics
