Bio: Jian-Jhih received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan,

in 2014. He is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science and

Information Engineering, National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan. He was a postdoctoral fellow

in the Institute of Information Science, Academia Sinica, Taiwan. His research interests include cloud computing,

mobile computing, and software-defined networking. He is especially interested in algorithm design for networks.
