請線上報名後，列印出報名表由指導教授親簽並繳交至系辦，11/13中午前將指導教授簽名後的報名表紙本送交系辦，才算完成報名手續

1. 個人書面報告檔案(pdf)命名方式：112專題書面報告_小組隊長學號_小組隊長姓名
2. 海報電子檔(ppt及pdf皆要上傳)命名方式：112專題競賽_小組隊長學號_小組隊長姓名
   （海報因委託廠商列印，故逾時繳交者請自行依照格式列印）
3. 專題成果報告當天請每組同學自行攜帶使用之簡報檔案，載入會場之筆記型電腦後，進行口頭報告
4. 重要說明：每組專題學生之成果報告解說評分佔專題總成績50%，指導教授給予之分數佔總成績50%。
5. 請務必詳閱附件檔案之「國立清華大學資訊工程系「系統整合與實作」課程報告評分實施細則」。
6. 本學期修讀“系統整合與實作二”之學生皆需參與專題成果報告，所有報告資料皆須準時上傳繳交，不再接受修正檔案，請務必審慎檢查後再上傳，上述報告檔案於公告截止日期前未繳交者，該項分數以0 分計算。
7. 依規定所有報告及海報內容皆不得揭示指導教授姓名，違者將酌情扣分。

1. Project achievement report naming: 112專題書面報告_Team Leader’s student id_Team Leader’s name
2. Soft copy of the project presentation poster (ppt and pdf)naming: 112專題競賽_Team Leader’s student id_team leader’s name
   (Please print the poster following the format by yourself if you are late for the deadline.)
3. Please prepare your slides for the oral presentation, the slides are not necessary to upload.
4. Attention: The grade of this presentation is 50% of the grade of System Integration implementation, and the grade from advisor’s is the other 50%.
5. Please be sure to read the 「國立清華大學資訊工程系「系統整合與實作」課程報告評分實施細則」 in the attached file.
6. The students who take “System Integration implementation II” are demanded to participate in this presentation. The file edition and late submission of files are not allowed. Please check your files carefully before submission.
7. Don’t show the name of your advisor on the report or the poster.

評審進行書面報告審查期間/公告Q&A內容

The period of report review/The announcement of the Q&A session question

自112學年度起，專題成果報告以書面審查70%加上口頭報告30%共兩項分數總和計算為成果報告解說評分之成績；評審進行書審後，會提供 Q&A 之問題，請報告之學生將 Q&A 的回覆加入簡報內。

評審書面報告審查期間：112/11/20(一)~112/11/24(五)12:00前

公告Q&A內容予修課學生：112/11/29(三)17:00前

Starting from semester fall 2023, the grading policy of the project consists of two parts: a written assessment accounting for 70% and an oral presentation for 30% of the total score. After the initial document review, the judges will provide questions for the Q&A session. Students should respond to the Q&A in their presentations.

Review period: 2023/11/20~2023/11/24
