摘 要(Abstract):

Opportunities make successful people – those who have prepared themselves for successes. In this talk I will summary my humble observations of successful people over the last two decades and present a six-item model which I call FACTOR (Focus, Abstraction, Communication, Teamwork, Optimism, and Resolve). I will provide personal stories to help relate and illustrate each key element of this model.
