徵才訊息

(一)硬體工程師

職務說明：

  1. 設計、檢討與分析產品架構
  2. 設計與檢討產品線路
  3. 分析及解決產品量產品質問題
  4. 執行產品驗證及測試
  5. 分析產品材料價格，規劃專案

 

資格條件：

  1. 大學以上電子、電機、資工相關系所畢業
  2. 具UPS、SPS或PDU電路設計經驗，或無經驗但有興趣者
  3. 英文佳、具問題分析與解決之熱忱、溝通協調能力良好者，優先錄取

 

(二)韌體工程師

職務說明：

  1. 負責韌體開發、設計及分析
  2. 解決產品設計之問題
  3. 負責協調解決與通訊軟體相關的問題
  4. 提供相關部門關於通訊監控軟體的技術支援
     

資格條件：

  1. 大學以上電子、電機、資工相關系所畢業
  2. 熟悉DSP或MCU相關韌體開發經驗
  3. 了解周邊通訊介面，對於韌體開發流程有相當認知
  4. 熟悉Strong ARM、MIPS、MCU 8051軟體開發經驗尤佳

 

  1.  綠能電源研發工程師

職務說明：

In support of 3 phase UPS products engineering for customer. The incumbent acts as technical liaison with 3 phase customer in all aspects of installation, commissioning, trouble-shooting and general technical support of 3 phase UPS and switch gear installations.

 

  1. Deal with 3 phase customer in all technical issues, applications, and troubleshooting.
  2. Participates in product planning of 3 Phase UPS systems in conjunction with global R&D leaders.
  3. Monitor the product cost and implement cost reduction by VAVE activities.
  4. Provides sustaining support for 3 Phase products and services – can be independent of factory origin.
  5. Works directly with global teams for troubleshooting and product development or customization activities.
  6. Gives technical presentations to customers including 3 Phase product/service solutions, technical solutions and recommendations.

 

資格條件：

  1. 資工、電機電子相關系所以上
  2. 工作年資3年以上，無經驗亦可。
  3. Technical: Power Electronics, Embed Firmware, Automatic Control
  4. Managerial: Plan, Good communication,
  5. Process: Pro-Launch, BOM , Component approved
  6. Skill: Problem resolved, HR tools, 8D report, Presentation
  7. Language: writing and oral English level

 

(四)System Engineer

職務說明：

Manages all customer and process engineering activities including development and quality assurance in support of three phase UPS products. The incumbent acts as main technical liaison with 3 phase customer in all aspects of installation, commissioning, trouble-shooting and general technical support of 3 phase UPS and switch gear installations.

  1. Direct interface with customer in all technical issues, applications, and troubleshooting.
  2. Participates in product planning of 3 Phase UPS systems in conjunction with global R&D leaders.
  3. Monitor the product cost and implement cost reduction by VAVE activities.
  4. Provides sustaining support for 3 Phase products and services – can be independent of factory origin.
  5. Works directly with global teams for troubleshooting and product development or customization activities.
  6. Provide resource to customize or localize 3 Phase UPS products and accessories for Taiwan and North Asia markets.
  7. Visits customers and participates in trade organizations to understand market trends and customer wants and needs.
  8. Gives technical presentations to customers including 3 Phase product/service solutions, technical solutions and recommendations.

 

資格條件：

  1. 資工、電機電子相關系所以上
  2. 工作年資5年以上。
  3. Technical: Power Electronics, Embed Firmware, Automatic Control
  4. Managerial: Plan, Good communication,
  5. Process: Project
  6. Skill: Problem resolved, 8D report, Training, Presentation
  7. Language: writing and oral English level

 

(五)Firmware Supervisor

職務說明：

  1. Translate OEM specifications, requirements and statement of work to an actionable system/embedded code Design Plan
  2. Manage the embedded code design plan/process and resulting activities to provide embedded code activities, tasks and deliverables to program technical, quality, cost and schedule requirements.
  3. Embedded code development, maintenance, validation and release following a structured engineering process to assure product quality and reliability.
  4. Develop OEM and industry standard compliant embedded code DVT and validation test plans. Reviews embedded code test reports, results and corrective action requirements to assure compliance.
  5. Collaborate with OEM Design resources to develop and implement specific requirements such as product behavior and human interface/ human factors considerations and to achieve acceptance of critical design elements and unique design analysis deliverables.

 

資格條件：

  1. Minimum of 5 years experience programming microcontrollers or control applications in real time environment
  2. Minimum 5 year experience writing code for embedded processors in ＂ C＂ /＂ C++＂ and Assembly languages.
  3. Good communication skills both in English (especially in reading and writing) and Chinese

(六)Digital control Supervisor

職務說明：

  1. Scheme and coding the digital control code for inverter and booster
  2. Build Matlab /Simulink simulation platforms.
  3. Prepare functional specifications and Design software architecture
  4. Communicate with customers for technical information and specifications

 

資格條件：

  1. Minimum of 5 years experience programming microcontrollers and digital control applications in real time environment
  2. Minimum 5 year experience writing code for embedded processors in ＂ C＂ /＂ C++＂ and Assembly languages.
  3. Good communication skills both in English (especially in reading and writing) and Chinese.

 

(七)Hardware Supervisor

職務說明：

  1. Hardware design review and cooperate with other global teams in different location.
  2. Define premium level hardware design spec.
  3. Cross function hardware sub module interface definition and manage
  4. Define digital hardware control system and reused module
  5. Own technical training and new team member orientation

 

資格條件：

  1. A minimum of 5 years working experience in R&D experience on power electronics device, UPS/ Solar inverter is preferable
  2. Hardware quality management skill.
  3. Good communication skills both in English (especially in reading and writing) and Chinese
