10/11工研院『台荷青年科技創業論壇』
根據最新全球創業觀察，荷蘭為歐盟最具創業精神的國家，全國18至64歲的國民中，有7.2 %在經營新成立的公司或正在著手設立新公司，荷蘭的創業率於全球排名第五，次於美國。而台灣人也愛創業，但針對僅有2,300萬人的內需市場的激烈競爭環境，台灣的新生代應如何善用全球資源，開創新興商機？
工業技術研究院特邀請荷蘭創業家兼育成聯盟主席，也是2011年獲得 “UKBI International Business Incubation Champion Award” 的Pim de Bokx先生、荷蘭擁有最多新創公司的科技產業園區(Kennispark )總監Kees Eijkel先生以及台灣具有多年國際經驗輔導綠能技術創業成功的施博文 (Paul Powen Shih)分享其創業的秘訣及荷蘭和台灣的創業環境，包括荷蘭的創業文化以及台灣如何提升青年創業能力並強化永續經營之道。
