職務說明:

1. Responsible for providing technical software applications support for the development 

   and implementation of KLA-Tencor products in customer fabrication facilities. 

   Support TSMC customers

2. Leads the software related customer engagement and interface

3. Makes presentations on all aspects of software features.

4. Assists division software engineering team in assessing potential features of company products

    to meet customer needs and preparing detailed feature specifications.

5. Implements detailed software installation/upgrade plans and align with stakeholders including local marketing/GSS/division

6. Performs the software support at the customer site, if necessary, including SW upgrade for Beta-test and trouble-shooting

7. Collaborate with local GSS and RPM to address the software related agenda

8. Provides customer support in disseminating technical information on the customer features.

9. Follow-up customer software issues and feature requests and update status to customers regularly
