[工作內容]
Objective of this role is to provide

1. Effective solution to customer -> win project and win account

2. Excellent service to customer -> mutual trust with customer -> repeat buy business

3. Effective feedback to product development team -> product improvement -> more business

What you need to do

1. Assist customer troubleshooting product related issue.

2. Provide solution to customer requirement to help project / account win.

3. Work with sales to provide customer project proposal.

4. Host technical training to customer.

5. Test product and simulate customer scenario to duplicate environment to problem analysis.

6. Compose product related documents (user manaual, installation guide).

7. Maintain product and solution database.

You will learn

1. Latest industrial level surveillance technology

2. Problem solving skill from point to line to surface perspective

3. Digest descriptive symptom and transfer it to problem definition

4. Presentation skill for effective information and knowledge delivery
