Norfolk State University, offers full assistantships in 5 graduate programs: MS in Computer Science, MS in Electronic Engineering, MS in Optical Engineering, and MS and PhD in Materials Science and Engineering. The MS in Computer Science program has about 20% of students, while the other programs all have >> 50% of students from foreign countries. I have no doubt that National Tsing Hua's graduates are better qualified than what we have. So, I would be happy to get the words out to those who might be interested in pursuing graduate studies at a good institution with all tuition paid (plus an annual stipend of US$19,500).
I would also welcome opportunities to talk with faculty and students about my teaching and research interests, and explore collaboration possibilities.
